You should always perform a mobility warm up before every training. Additionally, you can dedicate as many days to your health routine as you see fit. The more often you do your health training, the quicker you will see results. Especially if you have pain or severe immobilities, you should consider doing at least 3 x 30 minutes of health training every week as an additional workout. This does not include your mendatory mobility warm up.
