Depending on your position at work, your error patterns and your pain, you get an individual health routine tailored to your specific needs, starting with the second meso cycle. In the first meso cycle you will do general mobility and correction exercises to get used to this kind of training and to prepare you for your specific workout.
You will train in clusters of 15 minutes, consisting of a relaease, a mobility exercise and a strength exercise for the body areas in questeion. The more time you have for your health training, the more exercises you will get and the more areas can be targeted. The limit is 60 minutes per day.
