How do I cancel my membership / subscription?

Your membership is managed through the respective store and their local terms apply.

You signed up on our website? Do this:

1. Log in here to cancel your subscription.

If you’re using iOS, do this:

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap on your name.

3. Tap "Subscriptions".

4. Tap on the subscription.

5. Tap "Cancel Subscription".

You might need to scroll down to find the "Cancel Subscription" button. If you don’t see a button to cancel or there’s an expiration notice in red, the subscription has already been cancelled.

For Android, do this:

1. Open the Google Play Store.

2. Tap on your profile.

3. Choose "Payments & Subscriptions".

4. Tap "Subscriptions".

5. For the subscription you want to cancel, tap Manage.

6. Tap Cancel Subscription.

7. Pick a reason in the confirmation pop-up.

8. Tap Continue.

If you have a subscription for an app and the app gets removed from Google Play, your subscription will be canceled. Earlier subscriptions can't be refunded.
