To import your steps into MCI, follow the instructions in the video:
Download the Health Connect app.

Connect the app of your choice (e.g., Google Fit, Fitbit, Samsung Health, etc.) with Health Connect.

Confirm the pop-up in the MCI app.


Your steps are now displayed.
If this does not work, proceed as follows:
Make sure you have granted the MCI app access in Health Connect.
Make sure you have granted your preferred step counter (e.g., Google Fit) access in Health Connect.
Important Note: Currently, Samsung Health does not write data to Health Connect. To still display your health data in the MCI app, you need Google Fit and Health Connect. This approach also works with other unsupported apps.
If no steps are displayed despite correct configuration, proceed as follows:
Manually add a few steps on any given day.
Restart the MCI app.
Your steps should now be displayed. For further issues or questions, contact us via support. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
