If no steps are displayed, there may be several reasons for this. The integration of health data works via the Health Connect interface. You can find out how to set up Health Connect here:
Download a pedometer of your choice (e.g. Google Fit).
Download the Health Connect app.
Grant access to the MCI app in the Health Connect app.
Grant access to your pedometer in the Health Connect app.
Go to the MCI app and connect it to Health Connect.
(Important note: Samsung Health is currently not supported by Health Connect. If you are using Samsung Health, connect Samsung Health to Google Fit. You can then connect Google Fit to Health Connect).
If no steps are displayed, proceed as follows:
Manually add a few steps on any given day in your step counter app.
Restart the MCI app.
