we’re really sorry that you decided to cancel your MCI subscription and make use of your right of return. As a rule, the app stores, meaning the App Store and Google Play Store, take care of the simple processing and refund.
Still, we want to make things especially easy for you and below we’ll let you know about the steps you need to take.
Refund in the App Store
Log in to reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID and your password.
Then click on “I would like to” and then select “Request a refund”.
Choose the reason for the refund, and then select “Next”.
Then select the MCI app and then select “Submit”.
Please note that Apple itself takes care of the refund process, so we have no influence on the processing or refund time.
Refund in the Google Play Store
Go to the Play Store and navigate via your “Account” to “Order history”
Select the MCI app. You can find the corresponding option via the icon with the three dots. Click on the icon until the selection box opens.
Now click on “Request refund” to apply for a refund of the purchase amount.
Shortly after, check your email inbox. You should receive all relevant information about the refund in no time.
Please note that Google itself takes care of the refund process, so we have no influence on the processing time or the payout of the refund.
