Muscle soreness, or DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) is a normal reaction to new or intense stimuli. It is common to experience DOMS if you are new to training or if you do unknown exercises. If your soreness persists even after several training session, you might be doing too much volume or train at too high intensities.
Make sure to always stick to the weights, repetitions, sets and rir in your training plan. Also make sure to answer the wellness questions truthfully. The Algorithm should then auto-regulate down your training volume.
If this doesn't help, you might have to reassess your training level in the onboarding process.
