All training splits on offer guarantee at least two training sessions per muscle group per week. Given enough time per training day, all splits have the same volume. So the question you need to ask yourself is: Which split fits best into your daily routine?
If you only have time on a few days a week, you should choose a split with fewer training days, such as a full-body plan. If you have time every day, but not a lot of it, a split with several training days may suit you better.
The important thing is that you can stick to the units to be completed. This will give you the greatest success in the end.
