Sore muscles are a reaction to unusual or intense muscle stimulation. After a few training sessions, the soreness should subside. Sore muscles are not a sign of particularly effective training. On the contrary: if you constantly have sore muscles, it is more of a sign that your training is consistently overloading you and pushing you into overreaching. In general, you want to avoid muscle soreness.
